DESTRESS, RELAX & CHILL
I am working with young people between the ages of 17-25, teaching relaxation skills including mindfulness and wellbeing. Young people can experience any therapy of their choice - massage, reflexology, reiki etc. The purpose of this project is to help reduce stress and anxiety and to encourage inner calm. Awareness of how to manage internal energy is central to the work. Winchester Youth Counselling are running this project and it is being closely monitored. What a joy.

Inspirational poetry to uplift and enjoy. A new website is currently in the pipeline and at last I will have cards with healing poetry as requested. Things are really coming together now and should be complete by December 2011.
